Unfortunately, back pain is omnipresent and commonplace in our society. We sit too much and too long and move too little. Even at night, our bodies and backs hardly get any rest because many of us sleep badly and for far too short a time. All of these are the main causes of back pain. What helps with back pain – keep on moving

The human body is not designed to sit at a desk all day. In purely evolutionary terms, we are long-distance runners. However, this is not compatible with most professions and lifestyles. Combat back pain with restful sleep

Your intervertebral discs can only recover from the strain of the day while you sleep. To do this, the spine must be properly supported and relieved when lying down.
