This ensures that the pressure of certain parts of the body such as the shoulder or pelvis can be transferred from the mattress to the slatted frame. This not only ensures better lying comfort, but also reduces the stress on the mattress. The tie-bar-covering suspension ensures a continuous spring effect all the way to the outside.
