This table is a guide. If you move a lot at night or are taller than about 1.80 m, the next size up is often more comfortable.
One shared duvet or two individual ones?
A shared duvet looks neat and calm, but both sleepers use the same warmth level. If one person feels the cold more than the other, two individual duvets are usually the better choice, as each person can pick their own size, filling and warmth level.
Don't forget the cover
When you change to a different size, your duvet cover has to fit too. Check the label on your existing bed linen before ordering a duvet in a new format.
