Payment in advance

You choose payment in advance if you do not want to or cannot transfer the invoice amount via one of the other online payment methods. Perhaps you do not have access to your PIN/TAN, do not have a credit card or do not like money transactions via the Internet. Nevertheless, you can conveniently place your order immediately and transfer the amount to the account specified in the confirmation e-mail within three days. Please do not forget to include your order number and customer number so that we can safely allocate your payment. We will process your order as soon as we can determine that we have received the money. In some cases it takes two working days until the amount is transferred from your bank to our account.

Purchase on account (secured)

The purchase on account is particularly secure and convenient. Only pay when you have received and checked the goods - that's how modern online shopping is fun! Together with our partner Unzer GmbH, we offer you this service in addition to our other payment methods (credit card, Paypal, Sofortüberweisung, Giropay and prepayment). To enable purchase on account, we require your date of birth and your consent to the transmission of your data for identity and credit checks. In rare cases, customers may not be offered the option to purchase on account. This can have various causes, such as different billing and delivery addresses or a negative entry with Schufa. The purchase on account is handled by our partner Unzer GmbH and we unfortunately have no influence on the criteria according to which Unzer GmbH does not offer the purchase on account to individual customers. All information about the payment and its due date can be found on your invoice or the additionally received shipping confirmation email.

Direct debit (secured)

Pay simply and conveniently using the SEPA direct debit procedure. The purchase amount is automatically collected by billerbeck Home Stores GmbH. After entering your IBAN, you give your consent to the collection of the invoice amount. The direct debit mandate is valid for 36 months and does not need to be re-entered for a subsequent order.

Immediate bank transfer

Payment is made directly from the buyer's giro account. If the buyer pays for his online purchase with DIRECTebanking.com, a pre-filled form is opened with the data necessary for the transfer, such as recipient, account details, amount and purpose. There, the customer selects the country in which his online banking account is managed. The customer now enters his online banking data as usual and confirms the payment with his TAN, after which he is redirected back to the shop. You as a merchant will receive a confirmation directly afterwards if the transaction was successful.

Secure online payment with your Mastercard or VISA - it's easy.
