Shipping and payment conditions

Payment in advance

You choose payment in advance if you do not want to or cannot transfer the invoice amount via one of the other online payment methods. Perhaps you do not have access to your PIN/TAN, do not have a credit card or do not like money transactions via the Internet. Nevertheless, you can conveniently place your order immediately and transfer the amount to the account specified in the confirmation e-mail within three days. Please do not forget to include your order number and customer number so that we can safely allocate your payment. We will process your order as soon as we can determine that we have received the money. In some cases it takes two working days until the amount is transferred from your bank to our account.

Purchase on account (secured)

Purchase on account is particularly secure and convenient. Only pay once you have received and checked the goods – that's what makes modern online shopping fun! Together with our partner Stripe Technology Company Limited (STC), we offer this service in addition to our other payment methods (credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, KLARNA and prepayment). In order to enable purchase on account, we require your date of birth and your consent to the transfer of your data for identity and credit checks.

In rare cases, customers may not be offered purchase on account. This can have various causes, such as differing billing and delivery addresses or a negative entry in the Schufa credit agency database. Purchase on account is handled by our partner Stripe Technology Company Limited and unfortunately we have no influence on the criteria according to which Unzer GmbH does not offer purchase on account to individual customers. Please refer to your invoice or the additional shipping confirmation email for all information regarding payment and its due date.

PayPal is a well-known international online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily, quickly and free of charge in online shops.

PayPal is secure: Your bank or credit card details are only stored with PayPal. Therefore, they are not sent over the Internet again every time you make an online purchase. The payment is debited either from the deposited credit card or by direct debit from your account.

PayPal is simple: You pay with two clicks. This is because you use the bank or credit card details you have on file with PayPal instead of entering them again for each purchase.

PayPal is fast: The seller receives a confirmation from PayPal immediately after payment and can send the goods to you quickly.

Amazon Pay

Shop quickly and easily using the information stored in your Amazon customer account. Pay securely without re-entering your shipping and payment information. You are protected by the A to Z Guarantee - just like shopping on Amazon.

Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from dispatch of the goods or, in the case of other services, from provision of the service.
