Return of bedding according to hygiene regulations:
Bedding is a hygiene product and must be treated in accordance with hygiene regulations. Although bedding must normally be returned in its original condition, we recognise that customers may wish to test the properties of the bedding to assess the level of warmth, height and other features.
We therefore allow the return of used bedding under the following conditions:
The items may only be tested in a way that is normal in a retail shop. In the case of duvets, this means that they may only be placed briefly over the arms to assess the material and warmth.
If the returned items show visible signs of use, stains or damage, we reserve the right to claim a corresponding compensation (up to 100 %).
We ask for your understanding and co-operation in maintaining hygiene standards and fulfilling the return conditions in order to guarantee the quality and safety of our products.
Handling the return of bedding:
(duvets, pillows, toppers, bed linen and other).
If you do not like the bedding within the specified period, then:
1. please contact our service team for returns processing.
2. we will then send you a returns note by e-mail to the address you have given us.
3. please then take the package to the appropriate branch of the specified shipping service provider.
Processing when returning mattresses:
If the mattress does not suit you within the specified period, then:
1. please contact our service team for returns processing.
2. we will then send you extra packaging for the return shipment by post.
3. we will instruct the shipping company and have the mattress collected from your home at your convenience on the date of your choice.
100-day return policy* for HERMINE mattresses and CIEL mattresses
With both HERMINE and CIEL mattress models, we give you the opportunity to test the mattresses for 100 nights and return them to us.
Within the first 14 days free return: Within the first 14 days after receipt of the goods, the return is free of charge for our customers.
Return at cost from the 15th to the 100th day: If you decide to return the goods within the period from the 15th to the 100th day, you will be responsible for the costs. Due to the format, the mattresses are shipped as freight forwarding goods. Alternatively, we can offer to arrange for our forwarding agent to collect the mattresses. The costs here are € 50.00 incl. VAT for a return within Germany.

Receive credit note:
Once we have received your return, it usually takes 1-2 business days to process. If a credit note is issued, you will receive an email with information about the credit note. The amount of the credit note will then be automatically refunded to your original means of payment. Please keep the parcel delivery receipt from the shipping service provider for any follow-up enquiries, this will make it easier to investigate in the event of enquiries or parcel loss.
