Cashmere – a precious natural fibre
Cashmere goats are adapted to the extreme temperature variations of their native habitat. To protect themselves from the cold, they develop an exceptionally fine, soft undercoat. This precious, fine hair has excellent thermal properties despite its comparatively light weight and is able to absorb moisture. Cashmere is a natural, renewable raw material. For the duvet, the finest Himalayan cashmere is carefully sorted by hand and processed into a high-quality filling. The careful selection of the material, its exceptional quality and its long lifespan when properly cared for all contribute to the responsible use of this precious natural product.
