The HEINZI stomach sleeper pillow is filled with exquisite soft down.Its ergonomic butterfly shape makes itsuitablefor many lying positions .But the cutouts on the sides allow stomach sleepers in particular to enclose the pillow with their arms and place their head in a comfortable position.
