I have not received an order confirmation!

There may be several reasons why you have not received the order confirmation e-mail. Were there any connection problems or error messages when you placed your order? There may also have been a typing error in your e-mail address or the e-mail may have ended up in your spam folder. If you can't find anything there either, please contact our customer service.
