Your favourite item has arrived and you probably want to unpack it and try it out as soon as possible. Please remember to treat the delivered bedding with care in case you want to return the item.
- Check the delivered goods for transport damage: Damage can occur during transport. We therefore recommend that you check the goods thoroughly immediately after delivery and photograph any defects found. Then send the photos as proof to our support team, who will then contact you.
- Careful and careful unpacking and test lying: The bedding should not be damaged or soiled when unpacking and testing. Please also keep animal hair and other impurities away. When testing mattresses, you can protect them with a sheet. If you want to test a mattress directly on the floor, for example, it is best to place a blanket underneath it.
The goods are generally dispatched to your desired delivery address using our parcel service DHL (Germany) or DPD (all other countries). As soon as a parcel is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail containing a delivery link that you can use to track the progress of the shipment.
