Your favourite item has arrived and you probably want to unpack it and try it out as soon as possible. Please remember to treat the delivered bedding with care in case you want to return the item.

Check the delivered goods for transport damage: Damage can occur during transport. We therefore recommend that you check the goods thoroughly immediately after delivery and photograph any defects found. Then send the photos as proof to our support team, who will then contact you.

Careful and careful unpacking and test lying: The bedding should not be damaged or soiled when unpacking and testing. Please also keep animal hair and other impurities away. When testing mattresses, you can protect them with a sheet. If you want to test a mattress directly on the floor, for example, it is best to place a blanket underneath it.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

The delivery time depends on various factors, such as the location of the product and the destination of the delivery. Normally delivery within Germany takes 2-4 working days, while international deliveries can take between 5 and 14 working days depending on the destination. However, we always endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible and deliver your products to you on time.

Where is my parcel?

The goods are generally dispatched to your desired delivery address using our parcel service DHL (Germany) or DPD (all other countries). As soon as a parcel is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail containing a delivery link that you can use to track the progress of the shipment.

Once you have placed your order, we will deliver your parcel within 1-3 working days using standard shipping, depending on availability.

Why has my order not yet been dispatched?

We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours, but some orders may take a little longer. In the interests of sustainability, orders containing several items are dispatched together. Therefore, delivery may take longer. If you need an item urgently, please contact us.

My parcel could not be delivered. What do I do now?

Please contact us in this case. The parcel will be automatically returned to us. As soon as we have clarified what caused the delivery to fail, we will simply try again and send you a new parcel.

Are the goods also delivered abroad?

Yes, we deliver the goods worldwide. If we have a billerbeck representative (Switzerland, Hungary, Russia, Japan), you will be supplied by them.

I would like to send the goods to the USA, what do I need to bear in mind?

We offer international shipping and also ship our billerbeck bedding to the USA. Please note that shipping costs and customs duties may apply depending on your location.

How much does it cost to ship my goods?

We deliver the goods free of charge to the following countries: Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein and Poland. In all other countries we deliver the goods plus shipping costs. Please ask us for the shipping costs to your desired country.

I would like to change my delivery address.

As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, we can change the delivery address. Please contact us for this.

How can I track my delivery?

As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail from us with detailed tracking information. Please make sure that your parcel can be received by our logistics partner DHL or DPD on delivery.
