How can I test pillows, duvets, toppers or mattresses at home?

Bedding is a hygiene product and must be treated in accordance with hygiene regulations. Although bedding must normally be returned in its original condition, we recognise that customers may wish to test the properties of the bedding to assess the level of warmth, height and other features.

We therefore allow the return of used bedding under the following conditions:

• The items may only be tested in a way that is normal in a retail shop. In the case of duvets, this means that they may only be placed briefly over the arms to assess the material and warmth.
• If the returned items show visible signs of use, stains or damage, we reserve the right to claim a corresponding compensation (up to 100 %).
