Bedding is a hygiene product and is subject to the hygiene regulations. For this reason, no bedding that has been slept on / used will be taken back. Bedding must be returned in its original condition.
In the case of pillows and duvets, however, it goes without saying that you can test the properties, e.g. the degree of firmness or the warmth level. Please make sure that you try out the bedding as you would in a shop, which in the case of duvets means that you only place them over your arms for a short time.
Mattresses that we cannot roll will be dispatched by a forwarding agent. Please let us know your telephone number when you place your order. We will forward the contact details to the haulage company so that you and the haulage company can arrange a precise delivery date for the mattress.

Bedding and mattresses often initially have a new odour due to the production process. This new odour is harmless to health. We make every effort to deliver goods that are as odourless as possible. However, should you notice a new odour in exceptional cases, this will dissipate after some time. In this case, please air the bedroom and the goods several times a day. If the new odour persists for longer than 14 days, please contact our customer service.
